Clientele Process
The 6-Step Client Placement Process

With years of experience, our dedicated Placement Specialists are ready and able to provide the best applicants to meet your needs.
The following steps are an overview of the process, which involves careful attention to detail. We do all we can to maintain our reputation for integrity and reliability, and client satisfaction.
1. Initial On-Site Visit or Telephone Consultation.
The process begins with a private on-site visit to your place of residence, where, in order to better understand your personal staffing requirements, we identify each of your needs
Note: Although a private on-site visit or consultation is deemed preferable as more information can be gleaned in this manner, we can, in some situations, conduct the consultation by telephone.
*****After the consultation is completed, the next five steps will follow.*****
2. We await your completion of our Questionnaire and Employer and Agency Agreement.
This Questionnaire and Employer and Agency Agreement helps all parties to understand and agree to what is expected of the agency, the family, and the selected domestic worker.
3. A compatible match search is conducted to find the perfect applicant for your needs.
The direct input we obtained from you during our initial consultation enables us to be right on target with our matching system, providing you with a few quality applicants. (We find this is preferable to barraging you with a quantity of applicants who are not "a perfect fit".)
4. We will line up potential prospects and obtain your availability for Interviewing.
Only our best applicants are chosen for you to meet. Our interview scheduler respects your time.
5. There will be up to a 30-Day Risk Free, No Obligation Trial Period. (Ask about details for selected options.)
The 30-Day Risk Free Trial Period begins only after you have selected the employee of your choice. The trial period ensures that your match is compatible and that the comfort level is mutual. Our fee is not due from you until the end of the trial period. However, an official permanent offer can be made prior to the completion of the 30-day trial period to secure placement with your family. Please ask us for all details.
6. Background checks are ordered.
Before making any long-term commitment, background checks are conducted immediately after receiving a permanent offer of employment.
Our extensive process remains unchanged to maintain our high level of integrity, trust, and dedication to exceptional service, which is recognized nationally. Please read our Clientele FAQ's if you have further queries and, when you're ready, simply fill out our short Contact Us Form. You will be contacted soon by one of our Placement Associates.
