This Questionnaire and Employer and Agency Agreement helps all parties to understand and be in agreement of what is expected of the agency, the family, and the selected domestic worker while on a position.

3. A compatible match search is conducted to find the most excellent applicant to match your requirements.

Your direct input from our initial consultation enables us to be right on target with our matching system, providing you with quality over quantity.

4. We will line up potential prospects and obtain your availability for Interviewing.

Only our best applicants are chosen for you to meet. Our interview schedule is respective of your time.

5. Our Unconditional 30-Day Risk Free Trial Period.

The 30-Day Risk Free Trial Period begins only after you have selected the employee of your choice. The trial period ensures that your match is compatible and the comfort level is mutual. Our fee is not due from you until the end of the trial period.

6. Background checks are ordered.

Before making any long-term commitment, background checks are conducted without delay after receiving a permanent offer of employment.
