Dorothy Keesler has joined the GTM team as GTM Employment Benefits’ Insurance Services Manager, to assist GTM’s clients with their insurance needs. A Licensed Property & Casualty Broker, Dorothy has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to moving to the Capital District, Dorothy’s career experience focused on handing Property and Casualty business nationwide, with an emphasis on youth related programs.
Following her relocation, she specialized in managing Workers’ Compensation and Professional Liability Insurance. Dorothy received her Dynamics of Sales training with the National Alliance for Insurance Education. Dorothy is a former member of the Town of Bethel Youth Board, participating in the development of various town youth activities with a passion for family ski programs (1988 – 2008).
Jonita is a 4 year veteran with GTM. Jonita received her Bachelors Degree in Economics from The State University of New York at Albany and holds her FPC certification as awarded by the American Payroll Association.
Dr. Renee Clauselle is a dynamic and innovative psychologist, who dedicates her work to helping children achieve in school and at home. Dr. Clauselle earned her Psy.D. degree in school/child professional psychology at New York University, and her B.A. degree in psychology and education at Rutgers University. She is a New York state licensed psychologist, a certified school psychologist, and is trained as an early childhood educator. Currently Dr. Clauselle is the owner and director of a group psychology practice located in Nassau County, called Child and Family Psychology. Further she is the Director of School Mental Health at St. John’s University, Center for Psychological Services. She has also served as an adjunct assistant professor at both, St. John’s University and Teacher’s College, Columbia University. She is also a faculty member for Lorman Educational Services, where she presents on various topics related to behavioral health, such as the proper diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder, and school psychology and the law. While Dr. Clauselle loves working with children of all ages, she most recently has developed a passion for working with babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. Through her work in early intervention, which is a program that helps young children develop school readiness skills, Dr. Clauselle has become even more steadfast in her mission to assure that all children can learn in school. Dr. Clauselle also trains teachers throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties on the latest treatment options and teaching methodology for children suffering with developmental delays.
